OPERATIONS COMMAND FOR STAR CITIZEN ORGS
Replace the Discord threads and spreadsheets. Plan the operation, staff the ships, see what's missing, and know who actually shows up — in one place.
Leading an org? Stand yours up in minutes. Invited by one? Create an account and your invite will be waiting.
APPLY TO BE A FOUNDING ORG →THE PROBLEM
Fleet, ops, attendance, rank, and recruitment — built as one system for how orgs actually run, not adapted from a generic guild tool.
WHY ORGS SWITCH
SMART ASSIGN
LIVEStop manually slotting twenty people into roles before every op. OrgDeck weighs skill, stated preference, reliability, and ship ownership, and fills the roster for you — in seconds, not a Discord thread.
Run a real multi-org operation without merging rosters or losing track of who's who. Each org keeps its own crew, ships, and readiness — visible together, managed apart.
Plus per-operation analytics — three things no direct competitor offers, or even converges on.
THE REST OF THE PLATFORM
Every ship in the org, who owns it, and what's mission-ready — not a spreadsheet nobody remembers to update.
Custom application questions, private reviewer notes, and one queue for every pending request — instead of DMs you lose track of.
Skills, reliability, and rank climb automatically from real attendance data. Nobody manually tracks who actually shows up.
Track the org wallet, split profit after a run, and price cargo against real market data — in one ledger, not three chat threads.
Every operation, reminder, and rank-up posts straight to your Discord — plus standing alliances for the orgs you fly with regularly.
Badges auto-award off real performance, and a rank ladder members can actually see — so showing up means something.
Handling your roster and treasury like it matters — because it does.
